Generally, it will be easier to make changes on your class interactions, since most of the focus areas require more a change in behavior that require less advanced planning than changing content or curriculum.

Revising Instructional Practices will take a little more work, as some practices will require advanced planning and analysis of your content.

Revising your content may be easier if you are using or have developed Open Educational Resources for the majority of your content. You may have less control over changes to content if you don't have the ability to choose your textbook or other primary instructional materials.

A Suggested Action Plan

Review your survey results. Identify areas of revision based on your scores. Note the specific items you will focus on, in your notebook.

Identify at least:

ONE Content area for revision
TWO Instructional Practices areas for revision
THREE Interactions areas for immediate revision

The process above should help to identify some areas where the most impactful changes can be made for the least effort. Start there, and return to your survey results to identify other areas for revision when you have the time, or when your course is due for a larger revision.
